Same Friendly Staff, Same Outstanding Jeweler. To the previous posting, Westlake closed and moved across the lot with a new name: All About Diamonds--almost 5 years ago it seems--the same fabulous jeweler and staff remains. The owner, Mary Weber did retire last year and she sold it but the new owners are FABULOUS and have totally remodelled the store and extended the lines of jewelry they carry. I never go anywhere else. So don't fret, All About Diamonds, right across the lot next to Starbucks. They have EXCEPTIONAL service and the FRIENDLIEST STAFF.

WESTLAKE JEWELERS HAS CLOSED-SO SAD!. WESTLAKE JEWELERS ON BEE CAVES ROAD HAS CLOSED AND I AM REALLY SAD! WESTLAKE JEWELERS WAS ALWAYS AN AWESOME PLACE TO GO BECAUSE THEY HAD GREAT DESIGNS THAT WERE PERFECT FOR ANY GIFT GIVING OCCASION! FOR FIVE YEARS, I BOUGHT ALL OF MY 14 KARAT AND STERLING SILVER JEWELRY FROM WESTLAKE JEWELERS AND THE PEOPLE WERE SO NICE. IT IS A SHAME THAT THERE IS NO OTHER JEWELRY STORE LIKE THEY WERE!

I MADE THE TRIP TO WESTLAKE ONLY TO BE SADLY DISAPPOINTED THAT I COULD NOT BUY MYSELF A NEW DIAMOND RING AT MY FAVORITE STORE. THERE ARE SOME REAL FRIENDLY PEOPLE THAT OWN A SPRINT STORE IN THEIR PLACE SO SAVE YOUR GAS!

All About Diamonds. All About Diamonds is a true jewelry store with out of this world customer service. The staff is knowledgeable and ready to meet and greet you at the door. The store has recently changed ownership and you can tell the difference. Westlake Jewelers and Five Star Jewelers are no longer affiliated with All About Diamonds, so the goals and drives can be All About YOU. The new owners take pride in their staff, jewelry and customers. This store has a bright future and I recommend stopping by to take a look at the new jewelry in stock, as well as meeting the new owners. YOU, the customer, are ALWAYS their number #1!

All About Diamonds New Ownership. All About Diamonds has new local owners as of Dec 4, 2007. Since then, All About Diamonds is no longer associated with Five Star or Westlake Jewelers. We can assure you that we want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase and their experience in our store. Our sales staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. great service. I am extreamly impressed with the help I recieved from the staff. I was able to buy the diamond I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Highly recommended!

Outstanding Customer Service!. Thier courteous staff quickly found the perfect diamond for me. I regularly visit for my jewelry repairs. I highly recommend them to everyone.
