Great Doctors. I chose this place for my eye surgeries because of Dr. Dell. I have friends that he performed surgery on and they were all happy. They seem to have the most experienced doctors. I can see better than I have seen in a very long time and thats whats important to me. I would check this place out if you need help with your eyes.

I don't usually take the time to post neg. reviews but..... terrible office staff, support staff...and I assume the bad attitude must come from the top so someone higher up is to blame for the overall negative attitude and LONG wait times that I experienced with my elderly father. Switching Dr.s this month...

I don't think I'll be going back.. So I have a recurring eye issue that happens every year and have gone to Texan Eye Balcones location twice. Both times there was a horrendous wait. My appontment at 10:30am - I show up 10:22am. Told to wait as I checked in.

10:30 passes. 10:45 passes. 11:00am passes. 11:10am I'm called to see the doctor. All in all the Doc came into my room at 11:18 spent 4 minutes with me and sent me on my way.

I'm pretty sure I still have the eye issue and that is is not resolved but what upsets me more if both times I have waited 40-50 minutes for a the doctor to get in and out as fast as they can. This place strikes me as a mill, trying to churn through as many patients as fast as they can just to turn a buck. No care, no personal touch and they really, really need to fire the person who does the scheduling.

I should not have to wait 40 minutes for a 10am apt! Too early in the day.
