not patient / customer-friendly. dark office building, rather cold staff, although the doctor seems to prefer older (over 65) patients; office hours are not (patient) customer-friendly if one is not retired, and the hours on the voice mail greeting are inaccurate; dispensed my contact lenses to another patient . . .
