As a new patient I was expecting to be treated in a rushed, pro forma manner, not the relaxed, sincere care Dr. Bordelon provided. He is candid, good-natured, and thorough; he takes the time to both listen and explain. A rare experience as far as all but lifelong family doctors go.
Pros: frank, engaging, warmhearted
