not sure anymore. We love Dr. Marshall. But over the past year Dr. DeHaro has given some worrying advise and increasingly not making sense. My daughter complained of constant stomach pain and it was suggested we get her tested for Celiac and not eat dairy. When I asked him what she can eat to help her feel better in the meantime he listed food with gluten and told me rice is the number one no no food for celiac. What? I have family with Celiac. Rice doesn't have gluten except in sushi as the sticky binding agent. Turns out went went to the specialist and got nothing resolved. Went to Dr. Marshall who listened to her stomach and siad she has an "overactive" stomach and to eat yogurt. I told her what Dr. DeHaro said no dairy. She said I promise yogurt will fix it and it has!! We wasted so much time not seeing her in the first place. I have never had a bad experience with the office staff they are all very nice to all my kids and myself. I'm still not sure anymore. Dr. Marshall went on maternity leave...I'm not too convinced with her sub dr. she told me my daughter tested positive for strep. Dr. Marshall showed be how to read the test strip. The test did not have any semblance of a second line on it. Dr. Marshall should start her own practice. I'd follow her.

Incompetent Pediatric Office. My 4 kids had been going to Dr. Marshall for years with no issues. Then when calling for a refill on my sons prescription Dr. Deharo wrote the refill prescription because Dr. Marshall was gone. First thing first, he wrote the prescription for the wrong MG. It was way too much for my son and we did not find out until after paying the 50 dollars for the prescription and giving him his first pill that the doctor did not refill it with the proper MG. He did not even bother to look back at my sons chart to see what his dosage should be. To make matters worse, when attempting to talk to the front desk personel about this issue, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. They refused to pay for the new prescription even though it was there fault. They acted as if *I* was to blame. Never again will I take my children back to this incompetent staff of doctors and front desk personel. If they had simply owned up to the fact that they messed up and then offered to pay me back the 50 dollars I could have gotten past it but the fact that they were so rude is what gets me. Be warned!!!! I had all the faith in Dr. Marshall until now. She has a bunch of rude staff working for her and Dr. Deharo messed up big time by not looking back at my sons chart to verify which mg to prescribe.

We Love Wyoming Springs Pediatrics. My husband and I love Wyoming Springs Pediatrics with Dr. DeHaro and Dr. Marshall. My son and daughter both see Dr. Marshall and we love the care she gives them. The nurses are wonderful, the front desk staff is wonderful...everyone is wonderful. It is hard to find a good doctor and when we lucked upon Dr. Marshall, we knew instantly she is going to be a GREAT doctor. She is definitely one in a million. We have tried other pediatricians, but many were disappointing to us. However, Dr. Marshall...has always given such genuine care and personal attention to our children. She is always right on target regarding their medical care. I don't know what I would do without everyone there - Josie, Blanca, Kristi, Heather, Jeanette...all the ladies there are wonderful and the doctors are wonderful too!!!! If you are looking for a great place to take your children, I strongly encourage you to check out this office...We have been there now for a little over 4 years and it's been wonderful. Our daughter is our newest addition to our family and Wyomings Springs has done an excellent job educating us on infant care and growth. My 4 year old loves going there!!!!!

We Love Dr. de Haro. Dr de Haro has been my child's peditrician for five years and we have never received anything but top of the line service. He always takes the time to explain what is going on and makes you feel that he truely cares!

His staff is great and I would never consider taking my daughter any where else.

Above and beyond service!!!!. My daughter was sick and I took her into see the doctor, she was sent for some testing at Dell Children's hospital. The staff was wonderful, they gave me directions, scheduled my appointment, and made sure that once we got there everything that the hospital was requesting was taken care of. Then the doctor called me that night to check on her. They definatly went above and beyond.

We have been patients at this office for 5 years and have never had a bad expierence. The staff is always wonderful and the children have fun with the doctors. I couldn't ask for a better place.

Refused to give infant son flu shot..... I spent the better part of two weeks calling and trying to track down pediatricians who still had flu shots available for under 2 year olds. I finally was recommended this facility because a friend said they had them. When I called, they did! I was so excited. Then, they refused to see him (my son) because he was a "new patient" apparently reserving the shots only for their privileged "current" patients. My husband and I are both teacher and my baby goes to daycare. He is top of the list of those who are most vulnerable and they refused to care for him based on simple "company policy".

Nurse was scary! Really you should at least know the names and doces of meds given to children. After Hearing all good thumbs up news about this place I was in a hurry to get in when my child was sick, however she see a doctor who would not give her antibiotics needless to say she was still sick from a cold threw Christmas at that and I called to get her back in. She was out and I was told she could see the nurse and I said ok! I regret it, she was completely incompetent! She asked me what dose of medicine I wanted to give my daughter? Then said take her to a specialest, which was fine however they wouldn't assist me in making an appointment, so I got the car and called the number they gave...THEY WERE NO LONGER IN PRACTICE..so I call to get another name or number from them and was told they were off for the day! How rude and stupid. They were not off for the day when it was time to collect my payment
