WoW... DON'T COME NEAR THIS PLACE! first of all let me tell you how bad it smells as you are walking up the stairs... like a bunch or wet dogs have been running up the stairs and down their is a lot of dog hair around the stairs as well.

When i went in for the first time i had an apt. and was checked the dental assistant was very nice and the dentist was very friendly. BUTTTTTT the front ladies need to get a new job or leve that place because they do not make that place a good one!!!!

My cleaning felt like a rip off It seriously felt like a JOKE! my teeth did not feel cleaned at ALLLL! and when i got home i flauced and still had stuff in my mouth!!! like the hard stuff if I did it really hard with my flausing around the sides.

IT GET'S WORSE!!!!!

I bought some white tooth gel to whiten my teeth they charged me $49 for 2 little tubes find out AMAZON has them for $15 for all 4 tubes it sopoust to have! I wanted to return them and they gave me a lousy excuse I took them out the office already! I was MADDDD!

Then weeks pass and they say I own like $980 this was a LIEEEE!!!! I called my insurance and they said I did not owe anything they had taken care of everything....

I was also charged a copay and deductible when THEY WERE NOT SOPOUST TO!!!!!! they called my insurance twice and they had it in their notes they called 2 times asking about it and they were told no an they still did.!!!!!

I had to get someone to take care of this for me and now I don't owe a thing!

LOOK SOME WHERE ELSE THOSE FRONT LADIES

VICTORIA & LISA have a really bad attitude and are very sarcastic when they talk to you. it's really annoying.

Castle Dental Westgate Review. Always accommodating in making appointments; receptionist warm and friendly in answering questions, and referring me to a $100 coupon online!Sqeaky-clean cleaning by Olive...very personable and took good care of me.

Pleasant, easy-to-get-to location. Dr. Kim has been wonderful in making sure that my gums and teeth remain healthy, and that there is little pain along with any procedures. Even though it is south, I always work in other errands like Central Market and my fav S. Austin shopping locals to make the trip gas efficient. Very pleased.

Avoid if possible - billing tricks and a rip-off - look elsewhere. I called this office to get an appointment for teeth cleaning and a general check-up. The initial appointment for x-rays and a check-up was scheduled within about a month after a TON of hassles and run-around by the staff to get things in order with insurance. The staff that handles the phones are rude and every time you get a different person on the phone you get different information. VERY frustrating!! The check-up went well, but I had to wait 3 months for a cleaning and even longer if I wanted my cavities filled. The lady who did the cleaning was excellent and very friendly, but the other staff and wait time is absolutely NOT worth it. I went elsewhere and am much, much, happier! Avoid if at all possible with your insurance. Also, the billing is unbundled, so you get "nickeled and dimed" with ridiculous charges they sneak by you. My father is a dentist and was frustrated and angry when he saw the proposed charges. He had to call just to get clarification on their absurd charging methods. It was unpleasant and would have been a rip-off if I didn't do my homework and look elsewhere.
