It was time to "transfer the flag" on
our aging Camry and the new Jetta Hybrid was on our list to check out. I have had a Jetta TDI for 8 years and have been very pleased with it and the level of service at Hewlett VW.
RIck Roberts did a great job of patiently explaining the cars and answering our many questions. We would recommend him in particular if you are looking at a new VW.
The purchase process was painless and reasonably quick. The car has a lot of new features and he spent half and hour with us after the purchase was completed making sure we understood the features and even got bluetooth sorted our for both our phones.
We definitely recommend Rick and Hewlett VW!
My hats off to Greg Schrader, my Sales person at Hewlett VW. I couldn't have had a better experience buying a car, (and never had). Greg was great to work with from his knowledge and understanding of what I wanted. I don't live near Hewlett and tried several other dealers first with no success in getting the trade in value for my previous car, but Greg and Hewlett truly had a "can do" attitude and made it happen. It's nice to see someone still believes in customer service.
Literally....Your "One-Stop-Shop". Everything is the way business should be here! My mind is constantly blown with how well every process, from buying to maintaining to repairing, Hewlett has. Never once have I been spoken down to nor been pushed in unnecessary sales. All of my repairs have been done promptly with excellent communication. Hewlett makes sure to go above and beyond to make sure my car comes back in better condition than when I brought it in. After keenly being listened to and respectfully having all my concerns addressed, I always leave with a smile.
Hubris and Greed - I Passed on the Passat TDI. Hubris and greed. Hewlett wanted full MSRP on a Passat TDI SE and additionally attempted to "steal" my trade-in on an exceptionally clean and meticulously maintained truck that was valued at $15K by KBB, NADA, Black book, and Edmund's by offering a trade-in value of $11K. Hewlett wasted my time and seemed surprised that I walked away from paying full MSRP and having approximately $4K stolen via low-ball trade-in offer. I will not return to this dealership and look forward to seeing if the Passat TDI is a good value or not (which is not a good bet based upon maintenance costs of prior models). If you want a VW and want a fair trade-in on your current vehicle - head elsewhere.
Hewlett made every effort to offer a trade of $12,500 + sales tax savings of $781.25, = $13,281.25 almost $300 more than any dealer on the high mileage truck. Our guest surprised us, with trade as a condition of sale. We offered to refund the non-refundable deposit taken 3 months ago at MSRP. TDI diesels are in very short supply, and in very high demand due to the fuel economy (795 miles per tank) and resale. This VW sold to another buyer in less than 3 hours.
wonderful service!. I had never considered a VW before recently. After visiting the website and being impressed by safety ratings, the visual appeal of the 2012 Jetta and offers such as the Sign and Drive event and Carefree Maintenance programs, I made the trip to Hewlett VW with my husband. I am a hard sell, and hard to impress but I ended up buying a new car that day. The level of service provided by Rick Roberts exceeded my expectations and I felt very comfortable during the entire buying experience. Not only did he go out of his way to provide excellent service the day I purchased my vehicle, he has also followed up with me on several occasions to ensure that I am still happy. Thanks Rick!!
Great Customer Service. VW certainly sells itself. I did not feel pressured by the sales rep ( Ken), he was very thorough in explaining all the features to my Jetta and in comparing it with other VW vehicles. I absolutely love my car! Go see them for yours today!
(New VW GTI) Tommy Worsham saved the day. My wife and I went to Georgetown Hewlett VW to just look at trading in my Harley which I was slightly upside down not thinking we would get a deal. Tommy did an excellent job in working with us on making sure we got the best deal for the situation we were in. He was very patient and straight forward. There was no BS car salesmen mentality with him. I would recommend any one of my friends or family to go see Tommy for an honest deal. love it!. I just purchased a used vehicle today and the experience was wonderful! I had been to many dealerships and I was soooo tired of shopping for a car. I went into Hewlett and Gabriel helped me. He was proffesional and helpful! I would like to encourage everyone to go see him if you are looking for a car. Changed my mind. To be completely honest, I would probably not have bought a VW if not for the knowledge and professionalism that I found at Hewlett VW. At first I didn't know much about them but my salesman, Gabriel took the time to explain every detail of the cars. I know this sounds like it should be a given but we hadn't found that kind of service at any of the other dealerships we visited. Gabriel has a level of service that is unmatched. If everyone in the company has that level of professionalism then VW now has a customer for life. I love my new VW and when my wife needs a new car we will be going back to Gabriel.
