Great Service, clean, affordable. We have been renting a storage unit from them for some time and have always encountered friendly service from the front desk (Thanks Mack!!), as well as large, easy accessabilty units. The gate and code box has never malfunctioned as we have encountered from other facilities. Every conversation or communication that we have had with the staff has always been very helpful and pleasant. I feel very confident in recommending Brushy Creek Storage Depot and hope that you will give them a try for your rental and storage needs.

Great customer service. The storage facilities and trucks were clean and in very good condition. The manager was very helpful in finding me a truck and the truck operated well. I would not hesitate to use them for storage or truck rental.

Poor Service. I reserved at truck with them and called to go and pick it up, they rented it. This is the third time I have used these guys because they are convenient to my house and every time the service is awful. They act like they are doing you a favor to business. I will never use them again. There are too many small business that will value your business more.
