While the world of HOAs are difficult to review, this organization is a fair one. SRHOA has helped us personally and continue to provide organized assistance to residents of this community. The new website is above average and is user-friendly. Their communication is sometimes slow and lags, but for the most part, they are friendly and willing to answer all questions. My only complaint is they do not allow people to know who has turned them in complaining. This is something every party involved has a right to know. I also feel consistency lacks sometimes, but for the most part, I'm satisfied.
Pros: helpful, friendly, easily accessible
Cons: hours, "monitoring"
