Circuit City offers a good but not overwhelming selection. Showrooms are medium in size, just enough to display the brand names customers know and respect, such as Hewlett-Packard and Sony. The store carries car and home audio equipment, television accessories (even satellite TV and broadband), cameras, computers and computer accessories, and music and movies. The staff is knowledgeable, but not annoyingly passionate about printing cartridges. When a product does not function correctly, customers can take it to the on-site service center.

The past three times I've been to this location, I've had to set my items down and walk out the door. They have a bunch of kids working there that would rather stand around chatting than assist customers. Their 24 minute guarantee is a joke as my items are never ready. I purchase many items for my work and when Best Buy and Fry's are not options, I have to go to this place. Last time I asked a young man for help, he said he would be right back with my answer. After standing there like an idiot for 10-15 minutes I saw him standing around with other employees laughing and having a grand ol' time! I guess he forgot about me. Another time, I was asking for an item that was locked up. The kid called over another kid and told him to get the key...to which he replied he didn't have it...the guy I originally asked said he was "on break" and didn't want to walk to the back of the store to get a key. If you are on break...then move to a damn break room! I refuse to go here any longer as EVERY time I am disappointed. I do not know how they stay in business over Best Buy.
