Excellent service. Marvin replaced the locks in my house when I first moved in. The service was excellent - quick, efficient, and friendly. This is a local business and family-owned, with reasonable prices and great customer care!

We are flattered & humbled.. Six people have come into our store in the past 3 days telling us they only use us. We'd love to meet you, and most importantly, serve you. We know most of our regulars by their first name. Try that at a big box store!

Who are you really calling?. We at Alpha Lock & Key have just been made aware of Gedgar's comment. We do not know this person. We do not believe we have ever received a call from this person.

The locksmith profession nationwide has been the target of predators who are "copy-catting" legitimate businesses, using our names, similar addresses, etc. These fraudulent locksmith "posers" are not in business for the good of anyone but themselves. Consumers beware! Know who you are really doing business with when you call a locksmith. Especially when using the Internet.

I've been a locksmith in Austin for 20 years. We've had the same retail location for 9 years. We do not use any 800 phone numbers. We are competent, almost always on time, and never rude to our customers. If you don't believe me, come on in to our store and have a chat with us, or you can call us at (512) 835-2626. The same number we've had for 20 years!

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. I called a locksmith when I locked the keys in my house, the locksmthis showed up late and was very rude, didn't seem to know what he was doing finally I asked him to leave and called someone else
