What People Are Saying About Scoot Inn

In Short – With a storied roadhouse pedigree pointing back through Prohibition to 1871, the establishment claims it is the longest running beer joint in Central Texas. The small, unassuming bar definitely wears its history. Casual Eastsiders and hipsters kick back amidst the red bordello wallpaper, dark woods and concrete floor, while other drinkers retire to the assorted patio furniture in the massive backyard beer garden. Live music and special theme nights keep this old-timer kicking.
