Stellar Service!. I recently moved to Austin for a position with a large company. I had used Sedans, Inc. in another city and had a wonderful overall experience. Knowing that they were based in Austin I expected the same level of service. Not only were the drivers knowledgeable and welcoming but the vehicles were stellar.

I have used them to handle my personal transportation and to handle clients coming in for site visits. They have been stellar and I would highly recommend them. They truly make you feel like you are a name and not just another account.

Late, but not least. I decided to try a different service than ussual and had heard Sedans was a good option.

I had to jump through hoops to get an airport transfer scheduled. The pickup was almost an hour late, which almost caused me to miss my flight. In Austin, with a nice small airport, I have always relied upon a service to pick me up on time and get me to the airport about 1 hour from my flight time. I scheduled for more time, this being the first time.

I made a complaint and was told that my trip would be comp'd. This was a good show of faith.

Once I landed and picked up my luggage, which is a fairly long time with AA, and my driver was nowhere to be seen. I called in and was told he was already there. A couple minutes later, I watched 2 drivers walking down chatting to each other. When the young man reached me he asked why I was there early. I complained again, but was charged for this trip as well.

I travel almost 40 times a year and have used almost every service in Austin. I cannot use a service that I cannot trust to be on time.

Simply the BEST!. My company often uses Sedans, Inc. when in Austin, San Jose and LAX area. Their staff has been amazing! Cars were clean, staff is always there to handle any problems and they are punctual. It's hard to find someone in so many cities that can maintain that level of service! LM - Beverly Hills

Leaps and Bounds!!!!. Sedans, Incorporated made my company's event one of the most successful in years. I can not say enough about how helpful and friendly they are. They coordinated everything that I needed right down to the catering and balloons at The Convention Center. They were available whenever I needed them since they are open 24hrs which came in handy when I had some guests that could not drive home at the end of the night. Everyone in my office has been congratulating me on the event but all I had to do was pickup the phone and Sedans, Incorporated did the rest.
