Good, BUT.... I work in this area and go often because it is close. The service here is awful. Slow, and then you usualyy don't even get what you ordered. The product is great, it is only lacking a competent staff.…
It looks great, but........ While this place has a great location and a beautiful remodel, I cannot get past the inept and inconsiderate service that I have received by the staff on several occasions. The staff seem disinterested in serving their customers and I've seen people stand at the register waiting to be served as several staff members just casually pass by without even an acknowledgement or a greeting. On my last visit, the cashier who was taking my order was conversing with another staff member as I was telling him my order. Of course he didn't get my order and I had to repeat it. As he asked me to repeat, he loudly stated, "I'm sorry, I have two conversations going on at the same time!" I'm guessing that the Austin hip crowd is only concerned with aesthetics because that's the only thing this place has going for it.…
