Quality Surface Solutions, Inc. GREAT JOB!. Our carpets were a mess after multiple cats, dogs and generations of tenants got done with them. After trying multiple times to clean them up using my own carpet steamer, I gave up and called in the experts. Ink, dirt and pet stains vanished without a trace by the time QSS was through. They were fast, friendly and didn't try to hard sell me a bunch of unnecessary extras. I was confident that he knew what he was talking about and will definitely use them again if I run into carpet trouble in the future! The price was right and even though I signed up for the three room deal and expected that my living room would count as two rooms he told me that it wasn't that large and did the high traffic area in my bedroom as well! DEFINITELY would recommend QSS to anyone with a carpet disaster like we had.
