Great Service and Sanitation. After moving to town, I bounced around from place to place not really caring about who cuts my hair. My first visit to Great Clips on William was refreshing. The place was clean, and I noticed the stylists sanitized their tools after each use. This made me happy knowing that they cared about my health. I went in just to get a haircut, and I received a great cut, however it was the attention to customer servie that won me over along with the great attitudes and professional staff. It's been a year since I started visiting and I will continue to keep it my favorite South Austin salon.
