I had no prior complaints with Sullivan until the fitting connecting our sprinkler system to the city line broke. Sullivan office manager told me they always had problems with plumbers saying they used the wrong pipes and pretty much all of the licensed plumbers are wrong. I did not expect them to pay for my plumbing fees but I was hoping they'd meet me half way on my water bill that tripled with the leak. Apparently no leaks are covered under their warranty agreement. Had I been the one to break it I could see their point but I didn't. If you want people who stand behind their work... shop with another company. I expected and paid for quality service/work. Truly disappointed.

Very pleased with this company. I just needed some reprogramming done. They answered the phone call the first time. Appointment was made immediately. They showed up for the appointment. He showed me what I was doing wrong and because I had to pay an hour minimum anyway - he turned it all on and checked everything out. All without making me feel like an idiot for not being able to program my own system. Would definately recommend. Nothing like the other company I tried to get a hold of with three different people and never got a call back!

Job Well Done -- Again!. I'm shocked to see some of the negative reviews on here. It just goes to show that no matter how professional and well you run your company -- you can't please everyone.

I have used Sullivan's Irrigation for two homes now. My latest sprinkler system was finished yesterday. From start-to-finish -- the entire process was smooth. Sullivan's completed the entire system in one day. You could hardly tell they were here when the system was complete. Their crew was incredibly friendly and professional. I wish I could upload pictures to show what a great job they did.

Some people will always shop for the lowest bid. From my first sprinkler system I know that Sullivan's isn't always the lowest price. However, they were very close in price to several other bids. I have the motto -- you get what you pay for so I picked one of the bids in the middle for my first house. They did an excellent job the first time around.

Fast forward several years -- I didn't even shop for my second home. I wanted the job done right and I knew I could trust their team. I have good news -- they've gotten REALLY good over the years. They did great the first time but this last time -- wow. They have a GREAT crew. I mean -- fantastic job! We had family over. Our whole family was in aww at how fast and quickly they trenched (by hand) our entire yard. No heavy machines. A few hours later Martin knocks on my door and you can't even tell they were here.

Feel free to contact me personally if you want pictures or have any questions about my install. With so many companies foregoing good service for costs - I'm always impressed by a job well done and good service. I hate that a company like this would be penalized by folks having a bad day. I would strongly recommend Sullivan's to anyone looking for a professional installation! If you are having doubts because of the negative reviews on here -- all I can say is they are dead wrong.

Quality Throughout. Our landsape job was large in scope, at least to us, involving stone work, installation of irrigation system, removal of all existing vegitation and grass, new beds, new plants, new trees, all new grass, and existing tree trimming. Sullivan's did all of this and also coordinated with a fence builder.

We were probably not the easiest people to work with. We changed the design a few times. Also, we went through the entire process getting bids from Sullivan's and others and then procrastinated a year. Monica of Sullivan's put in quite a bit of time the first go around and picked up right where we left off a year later.

We found every level of the Sullivan people to be professional and courteous. The aim seems to be to do more than is expected.

Monica had several good suggestions and was great to work with. The price was competitive and the quality of the work exceptional. The design of the irrigation system was superior to any of the other proposals.

As an aside, I would say this is one of the best expenditures we have ever made, though it was large for us. We enjoy the new landscape every day. We have highly recommended Sullivan's to our friends.

Exceptional service!. We procrastinated getting our sprinklers fixed because we were apprehensive about the cost. Sullivan's came out, explained everything and fixed the problems easily - all for a great value! Wish we would have called sooner instead of lugging around the water hose!! I would definitely recommend Sullivan's Irrigation to my friends and use any additional services in the future

Always professional.. I have recommended them to several friends and neighbors, one of whom has also had Sullivan's install a sprinkler system. Martin is the best technician. He is polite, knowledgeable and a fast, efficient worker.

Great Service From Day One. My feedback is a 5.5 stars. I am very pleased with my system. It saves me so much time and energy, I have loved my system from day one. Sullivan's continues to provide the same kind of personal service that they have provided in the past years. The technician, Martin is very knowledgeable and courtesy.

Great Service Good System. I just had my sprinkler system installed. All 8 zones were tested and worked perfectly great. The work performed was SUPERB, "kudos to Sullivan's work crew", they cut, removed and replaced neatly the grass back with minimal visibility of trench lines all within a timely manner. I will wait and see if in the future my expectations will remain high with my sprinkler system. I feel I did the right choice by selecting Sullivan's Irrigation and I hope you do the same.
