Female tattoo artists are somewhat of a rarity in this town, so if you're more comfortable with that, visit Debi: the "Mom" behind Mom's. She does beautiful work, and is honest (re: blunt) with you if your tattoo idea is questionable.

Mom's is the BOMB!. I am a huge sissy, so I've never gotten a tattoo. But, I have been in the room while MOM herself tattood two different friends of mine. She is wonderful! The place isn't huge, but that helps it feel cozy! Mom worked so hard on both…
