Worked with me at the end of the lease. I rented from this company for about 2 years ( from 6/2009 through 8/2011. ) I think I had to call for service once. ( At the beginning of the lease.) If memory serves, they were able to repair it onsite, quickly.

I was not an easy customer, in general. Despite this, they were willing to work with me when an issue came up at the end of the lease.

Three stars for generally OK product+service, one more for going out of their way to help me AT THE END OF THE LEASE.

E-Z Washer Dryer Leasing a RIP-OFF - stay away. I am a very frustrated dissatisfied E-Z Washer Dryer Leasing Rental customer sharing my experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EZ WASHER DRYER leasing rentals. I got ripped off by them.

I have returned the Washer & Dryer in Working good condition but ez washer dryer claims that

they are NOT in a deliverable condition and I got ripped off.

Before returning to them I demostrated the washer and dryer to show that they are in working condition and asked the pickup guy to give a reciept what he saw, but he denied.

The E-Z WASHER DRYER LEASING/RENTAL customer service is very very bad and rude not cooperative at all and threatend me if not paid will send it to collection agency. I have no where to go now. Anyone can help??

I swear to God that I used the washer and dryer as they are my own with real good care. Hope God hear my voice or anyone in the world.
