Best in Town

by disneyaggie at Citysearch

I have had an excellent experience using Lauren at the Pink Tulip. From the moment I walked in to the day of the celebration - she has been amazing. Lauren was able to customize one - of - a kind inviations while making them reasonably priced as well. Lauren then went over the top and also coordinated the napkins, welcome bag details, and even special tags for our favors. Lauren was hands down the best vendor we worked with, and if it weren't for her wealth of knowledge in the industry, we wouldn't have had flowers or photography!

They will bend over backwards for you every step of the way

Pink Tulip was wonderful to work with. I worked directly with Adrienne, one-on-one, and we created beautiful, customized, one-of-a-kind wedding invitations that all of my guests were raving about. Since we were having a destination wedding in Austin, although I am from there as well, we wanted our invitations to be comprehensive packets – including the accommodations where we had our room block, our website information, differently colored and designed inserts for our western-themed Rehearsal Dinner for the appropriate people, and the RSVP card and envelope. I only wanted to do 1 mass mailing after the Save-the-Dates, and The Pink Tulip and Adrienne ensured that I got exactly what I wanted for a terrific price.

However, I didn’t just stop using The Pink Tulip after our invitations. Adrienne designed and made our Welcome Bags, she made an incredible and custom-map of Austin that we included in our Welcome Bags (highlighting my husband’s and my favorite locations, recommendations, and wedding-weekend locations), and she did our custom-made table name cards. Everything that she worked on for us was done with plenty of time to spare, and any time I had any issues or something unexpected came up (like me accidentally ordering 25 fewer invitations than I had thought) she went the extra mile to help me get the rest of the way there.

Anyway, if design is important to you, which it certainly is to me as a part-time web designer, then The Pink Tulip is the way to have control over your end product without doing any of the design work. I know some people might say they're expensive, but we got a discount with them through a partnership they have with our wedding venue, and since we grouped our wedding invitations with our Rehearsal Dinner invitations, we saved money. Like I said, I have high standards for design, and this is the best price I could find for the quality. What’s more, Adrienne nailed most of the designs on the first round of proofs, which made getting things out extremely efficient. I’d highly recommend The Pink Tulip based on my wedding experience with them alone – they’re terrific, local, very one-on-one, dependable, and reliable. More like friends now after the whole process than merely vendors.

came through for me big time

by atxgirl79 at Citysearch

I had major problems with another vendor in town right before my wedding in January 2008 and The Pink Tulip jumped right in and helped me get everything I needed done, and very quickly at that. I recommend them to all my friends.

Best customer service, high quality product, attention to detail

by katelyn75 at Citysearch

I planned my wedding in three months and was in a hurry to order and send invitations out. I remembered Pink Tulip from a bridal show that I attended. I called and made an appointment with Lauren. I went to the appointment without my fiance or best friend. However Lauren had many helpful suggestions, including custom designing an invitation. She helped me choose a style that fit the theme of my wedding. She also helped me write the invitations and answered questions about etiquette. She placed a rush order on my invitations and even printed the addresses on the envelopes from an excel file that I created. This saved me a huge amount of time and worry. I feel very satisfied with the way she handled my business. It was like having my own personal wedding planner and etiquette coach. The personal service and attention to detail will make me come back for Christmas cards and birthday invitations, as well as refer all of my friends and family.
