The facial I received at the Round Rock location was good, but the treatment by the front desk staff was so terrible I would never go back. The manager even pulled me aside to apologize after another client relayed to her how I had been treated. Overall, it is a beautiful spa, but lacks greatly in professionalism.

The owner of this day spa jerked my baby out of his stroller because she said he was misbehaving!!! He is 11 months old!! I was getting a haircut in the salon, not in the day spa where people are getting relaxing massages. Natalya has a horrible temperment with children! If you are a mother, think twice about this place!
