Horrible connection!. I made three phone calls to this hotel to book a room for a wedding. The first two times I called the person asked me to hold, put me on hold, and then hung up on me (both times mind you!). The third time I called they asked me to hold again, being put on hold. Finally, after I had been on hold so long, the phone rang back around to them. They asked me to hold again.I was put back on hold and decided this was not acceptable! I used to work in the hotel business and this is TOTALLY unacceptable!!! I will NOT be calling them back. My family will be staying elsewhere.
