The customer came into our showroom with sample of wood from another store inquiring to see if we could get it for her. She said she would take care of the installation and only wanted to order material. She claimed that her pets had destroyed her previous wood floors and wanted to replace it. We had a sample of the wood she was looking for and she purchased and installed it herself.
A year and a half later she comes to complain that her wood floors are scratched. The wood company representative goes to her house for an inspection and determined that her large dogs destroyed her wood as they had the previous floors. The customer needed to put tile or other hard surface as was recommended to her but she refused.
Won't help repair wood floor that is defective. Was sold a wood floor for our dining room and master bedroom. The wood is horrible and the scratches are everywhere. It has to be replaced and the manufacturer that the business is supposed to stand behind blames him for selling me this floor and Dela tile will not stand behind the product they sold or help at all. I have been told so many times they would help repair the floor and they never call back. Do you want someone like that installing your floor or selling you a floor? I am very disappointed being promised over and over to help me when they really just want me to go away with a floor that is defective and have it be my problem. Another business who does not care about the consumer and just about their bottom line....
