I scheduled a cleaning with Castle Cleaning for Thursday of this week. He assured me that his team would arrive by 11am. So 11am came and went, then 11:30, 12, 12:30, 1, 1:30, still no cleaners. I called at least 4 times during this 2 1/2 hour waiting period to see when/if they would arrive. No response until 1:30, only to be told that they would not arrive until 4:00 or later-NO THANKS! So, in addition to not having our house cleaned, the baby-sitter that was here all morning was paid for in vain, as I was unable to leave the house(for a first time cleaning I wanted to be present to instruct on specific cleaners, etc.) So, all in all, a waste of a day and still a dirty house. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY and teach them to respect your time by NOT USING THIS BUSINESS EVER!
