When we had a leaking water pipe below our slab I cut off the water to to the house and searched for a plumber. Mann Plumbing answered my late evening call and agreed to come out first thing the next morning. The original quote was pretty high because the work was going to require extensive tunneling below the slab to avoid damaging our recently installed flooring. However, after getting started they realized that the leak was not so deep and adjusted their quote. I appreciate that a company needs to make a fair profit to stay in business and also appreciate that I got a fair price in the end based on the actual work it took to make the repairs. Thanks for doing the work quickly, now we can take a shower again!

Be Careful Of This Company I called them to fix a noise in the pipes.The initial quote was $125.The plumber who came to fix it increased it to $ 150.

He replaced a part it the flush tank and did a very shabby job.

The level of water in the tank keeps fluctuating,making a hissing noise.when I contacted the company they refused to send their plumber again.

My problem still remains...

I would not recommend this company and give it a negative rating.

INSANELY overpriced. We only needed the sink reconnected, took him ONE HOUR, NO additional materials, and were charged $330. I didn't even receive the quote myself, they only told my girlfriend (who let them in) and never bothered to talk to ME, the owner of the house, before starting work. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They will take advantage of you.

What would make my water this color. Was it sewer backup? I called some company to come see they wanted to run a camera in my drain for 425 and then see if I needed a sewer line replacement and then give me a price on that so 425 plus plus OMG there goes my car payment. Mann plumbing came out and I guess the new place to hide Easter eggs is in the toilet according to my kids that is. Eggs gone color gone they are gone and I still have my car payment!!!! They actually made me laugh at the situation. Thanks guys. And Happy Easter eggs!!!! LOL

huh a fair plumber. During this hard economic time I needed some plumbing done, not a great to have anything break! After calling everyone in the phone book (I think) we finally found our saving grace Mann Plumbing Came to our house in hutto which apparently is another jurisdiction to other companies changed out our water heater which was not up to code (never mentioned that to other companies) checked online to see if they were being honest, you have to these days and found that not only was there a code violation but it was actually dangerous, they brought it up to code, installed a new one cleaned up their mess for less than the price quoted to me from the other companies I had called. In additon they have an A plus rating with the BBB I want to bake them cookies or something lol I hope they see this review!!!!!

Honest quote, honest employees...Awesome!!!!. We have had a water softener waiting to be installed for almost a full year. We finally decided it was time to get it installed. We had called a few plumbers for quotes. The reviews online for Mann Plumbers were pretty great. There was only one bad one I could find and it wasn't that big of an issue for me. The came in under price on other quotes. Stuck right to the original quote. Professional job. Looks absolutely perfect. Went out of the way to make/keep our house clean. Put back the furniture and doors. I will and have already recommend Mann Plumbing to friends and people I meet on the street. A+++++++ service....

great guys and great service. I am a first time user of Mann Plumbing and i was pleasantly pleased by the professionalism of the men they sent to my house. the tech came in took a look at my tub and gave me a price on the work before he started telling me that if the price was satisfactory and i agreed he would get right to work the work was done in a short period of time with no mess left behind and a wonderful guarantee. the guys were clean cut and personable and i felt safe having them in my home being a single mother that is a good feeling the price was within my buget and i will surely use them again Thanks Mann

wedding day saved. The Mann Plumbing team saved the day. It was my wedding day and we had a house full of out of town guests when the toilet stopped up and overflowed a major problem with everyone in their sunday best but the guys at Mann came out right away fixed the toilet at a resonable price and even helped out with the mess on the floors THANKS MANN!!

Thanks for the "free" estimate but I would not use or call again. I cannot speak for the quality of their work. I called for a collapsted p-trap in the slab behing the kitchen sink. Their employees showed up promptly to bid the project. Initially they indicated that they would need to tunnel under the slab at a cost of $6,000. I pointed out where the trap was located and indicated that it should be easily accessible by chipping a small hole in the slab. The estimator then pointed to the wall in question and "told" me it was a load bearing wall [it was not] and that it could undermine my slab [it would not]. I wass then quoted $2,000, but told he would not refill or re-concrete the hole. I told him no thanks, went out and rented a chipper and got to work. The entire job took me 4 hours at total cost of $128 [including tool rental, supplies and a new wheelbarrow] from start to finish including refilling and reconcreting the hole. Keep in mind when I called them I was willing to pay $1,200 to have the job done because this is my busy time of the year and I just did not have the time to address it. I knew what work was involved and I knew that by paying $1,200 it would effectively amount to about $300 per hour. Their ridiculous estimates made me mad enough to make the time to do the job myself and I am happy I did. From my perspective companies like this represent everything that is wrong with American business today. How do you justify $2,000 for a simple plumbing job that only takes a few hours, for that matter how do you even justify $1,200 [the amount I expected to pay] for the same amount of work. I am left scratching my head as I picked this company because of the glowing reviews. The only conclusion [based on my experience] that I can come to is that they do a lot of explaning [talking] that plays on peoples fears [and ignorance] while at the same time making them think the work involved is overly complicated. It's to bad people don't stop and do some simple math before hiring people like this.

Best Plumbing. Mann Plumbing came to our rescue, we had a gas leak which resulted in our meter being pulled by the gas company. The office staff was quick to get someone out did not charge us any overtime or emergency service fees as the other companies we called were going to. They were fair, fast and even in what seemed to be a horror story for us they made us see the lighter side of things. I would never use another company. Thanks to all the people at Mann Plumbing. Oh yeah, after the problem was fixed the owner called to make sure all was well. The other companies wouldn't even let me speak to the owner when I requested to. I guess some owners really do take pride in how thier business is seen by the people they serve. Thanks again!!!!
