I always have a great experience. I have been going to Dr. Lou for quite a few years now and I have always had a great experience with him and the staff.

I can always appreciate a very friendly staff and a doctor that is willing to explain the information to you and answer all of your questions without making you feel rushed.

Also, the new location is very nice!!!

Dr. Lou is BEST OF THE BEST!. If you want to use and IPAD while waiting in the chair for the Dr. to arrive Signature is the place to be! If you spend hours looking at yourself in the mirror trying to find that perfect lens, Signature is for you. If you dont want your eyes dilated during your next eye exam, Signature is the place for you!

My family and I truly enjoy Dr. Lou and his fabulous staff.. We have 5 people in our family that wear glasses/contacts, and all of them have been taken care of by the family @ Signature..

Very Happy. I went to see Dr. Lou A couple years ago. Now they are in the new building and Wow was I impressed. In my opinion the exam took about the right amount of time and not only did the staff seem like they enjoyed me being there, they went out of their way to make sure I understood the process the entire way through.

Dr. Lou used his optomap thing to take this awesome picture of my eye and I didn't have to get Dilated! Super friendly guy too.

I usually only get contacts but after talking to the staff I actually for the first time in a long time found a pair of glasses that my wife thinks I look great in. Totally impressed!

It's a young staff and at first I thought it may be a drawback but apparently they really know what they are doing lol. They got every cent for my insurance and the guys that do the glasses actually sat and gave me opinions and weighed out glasses options for me.

In the end, I learned a lot about my eyes and ended up with some great products. For sure I look Forward to going back.

great personal eye care. i got recommended to dr. lou and sig eye care a few years ago, and been going ever since. Always had trouble with contacts fitting with my old dr, but Dr. Lou managed to get ones that would fit me right. Anyone wearing torics know it's not the easiest.

yes there are wait times, but i'm not sure of any private medical profession that doesn't. i wouldn't be making the trek back to cedar park just for eyecare if i didn't think it was worth it.

great eye care for the entire family. A great place for the entire family. Our 6 year old son went for his first appt. and really enjoyed the experience. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Lou for a few years now and have always had a great experience. Glasses and contacts are always ready quickly.

I'd recommend Signature Eye care!

We Love Dr. Lou. Dr. Lou is our family eye doctor. We always get great personal and professional service from Dr. Lou and his staff. I see that some have complained about having to wait. In my experience, the best doctors are worth waiting for because they are willing to spend time with their patients if necessary. And we've rarely had to wait more than a few minutes. The location is convenient and we love the new office.

Awful and rushed. Appointments mean almost nothing here, you walk in at a the correct time and wait anywhere from ten minutes to an hour. When they finally began they gave me the standard machine procedures like the "air-in-the-eye" treatment. Those went by fine but I still felt rushed, the employee acted like she would rather be doing anything else besides her job. They then guided me to a room where the same employee tells you to read the chart and acts like she knows what shes doing on the computer. Then the waiting begins. Dr. Lou's a nice guy but having to wait for forty minutes is inexcusable. I literally sat in a room and looked at my reflection for the entirety of this time. The Dr. walks in and gave me the exam, "1 or 2?" etc. I have pretty awful vision and I was having trouble reading some of the lines, I told him this and he simply blew it off to get me out of there faster. The entire time I could feel that they were in a time crunch and that they just wanted to get this over with. I really wanted an accurate reading but I felt like I wasn't getting the right info from them and that as long as I could sort of make out a blurred line that was sufficient. Then of course in the middle of my eye exam some intern replaces Lou and has no idea what he's doing. In the middle of this the employee who started me off comes in and bluntly says, "he needs to get out of here." Now just because your in a time crunch doesn't mean you can tell a patient to get out of your building. I was angry but whatever I blew it off. Lou comes back in and asks how my contacts are fitting, I say there alright but there's ALOT of blurriness He says that will be fixed over time, now every time I've gone to him my contacts are blurry and he says the same thing every time.

The whole experience just felt un-professional and you can tell the employees there would rather be somewhere else and make no attempt at trying to hide it. I've given signature eye care three chances and every time I've been disappointed. Their prices are decent but I'd rather pay more to get a decent eye exam.

Not Sure I Will be Going Back.... I saw Dr. Lou for an annual eye exam which included needing new glasses and lenses as well as new contacts. I liked the new system they have which takes a photo of your eye, as opposed to having your eye dilated.

However, I was the last appointment of the day and I felt like it. The appointment was rushed, and certain topics were not dicussed unless I intiated the conversation. Even then, it was as I was being walked to the front of the store. In addition, I was charged a $60 fee for the doctor looking at the contacts I was currently wearing for, literally, 7 or 8 seconds per eye. This was considered my "contact lense fitting". As a patient who has been wearing contacts for 16 years, I've never seen this.

In addition, I was told my glasses would be ready within a week. Well, after 8 days of not hearing anything, I called the office to check, and was told that someone had left me a message 4 days ago to come in and pick them up. I didn't receive this message, nor did I have a missed call from them.

Overall, I'm not sure I will be going back to this providor. I will definitely not be ordering my contacts through them, as I've already paid $265 for the above mentioned exams and glasses!
