Very Dissapointing. Very disappointed in ARC's "after hours" nurse line. If you're ever sick after hours, DON'T expect a nurse or doctor to even call in a prescription!!! They will not. I recently had an experience where my spouse needed care while we were on vacation, and all nurse Nancy would say is that he needed to go to an Emergency room. She was absolutely RUDE and disrespctful when I questioned her on her recommendation. I asked that she have a Dr. call me back - and then she called back saying that the Dr. didn't need to speak to me because they were not going to write any prescrption. Bottom line, an over the counter $5.99 medication that was recommended by a pharmacist worked like a charm. I'm very disappointed in the treatement and lack of care we received and I will write a letter to management about this.

Horrible Service!!!!. I took my wife there for routine physical examination. they didn't even took her ECG and blood test so after 2 days my wife called them to check her cholestrol levels and they said that she need to come back for her lab tests to be done as they forgot to take the blood sample. Than she visited them again for the lab test. After a month she asked them for report which they sent to home but that didn't had cholestrol levels upon that they said that every thng is normal except her thyroid levels and she need to come back again for one more lab test ...Ohh the services are so poor they just have no respect for patients. doctors seems to be in hurry all the times and nurses doesn't know how to take care of people. I will never recommand this to anyone.

Best Doctors iIn Austin. Dr Kuhl has been taking care of my children for 21 years, and they both love him. Dr. kuhl took care of my son who had sever asthma for the first 7 years of his life with great success. We had to change doctors due to having a new insurance. My son passed away a couple of years later from asthma. Even though my son had not been under his care for soom time Dr. Kuhl went to the trouble of finding away to get in touch with the hamily to let us know how very sorry he was after reading about my son's death in the newspaper. Not even the doctors that were taking care of him at the time bothered to take 5 minutes out of their day to do the same, much less find our new contact info. My daughter was born 5 months later and had severe apnea and asthma, among other health issues. I made sure we got on an insurance that Dr Kuhl's office accepted and we are still with him 12 years later. Even though the road was not an easy one Dr Kuhl and his staff have gone above and beyond to help our family every way possible! Even though we still have asthma issues occassionally my daughter has just become a National Champion and won All American in competitive cheerleading due to Dr Kuhl's excellent care!

Not cool at all!!!. I love my sons doctor! but They changed the insurance with letting any clients know! I was furious, my son was so sick and they REFUSED to see him I even talked to the director and he said it was my responsiblity to know! I called before we went up there and they said that they dont take his insueance anymore that they had switched, so I threw a fit and they finally said JUST COME IN and we will see you! well When I got there they said no one had said that and they REFUSED to see him! Plus they dont connect with thier clients at all and they are all so rude!
