I started by yoga journey in January 2007 at Yoga Yoga Westgate and found my inward journey energizing, reflective, and enriching. The instructors are caring, focused, dedicated, and knowledgable. I highly recommend the reflective experiences to those interested in: personal growth, adding tranquility to their lives and learning how to live in the NOW.

Cons: Sometimes parking is difficult
