Great food, slooooooooo service.
Everything on the menu is great. The mushroom Swiss burger is my absolute favorite burger from any restaurant because it's so big and juicy. And the baby back ribs are to die for.
Problem here, as with most of the restaurants in this chain, is that the service is really slow. Doesn't matter if they're busy or not, it take forever to get the food.
And I know they don't cook those ribs to order!
Allows smoking....for now. we do not frequent this Chilis now, because they allow smoking. when they prohibit it as of 3-1-10, we may give them a chance.
