Great treatment, knowledgeable doctor. I went in for wound treatment. The doctor gave me sutures and antibiotics. He was very concerned yet not overbearing. He gave detailed instructions of how to take care of the wound afterwards. The wait time was very short and the staff was friendly as well.

Appreciable Service, Unclear Fees. I chose to go to Bee Caves Medical after a knee injury because they quoted me over the phone for two prices (consultation and x-ray) which seemed reasonable. When I arrived at my appointment I explained to an assistant that I was self-paying (uninsured), and that I would like to know ahead of time the amount for which I would be charged for the services. The assistant quoted me the same two figures I had received over the phone. The assistant also assured me that they understood that I was conscientious of the costs.

The doctor was very nice, and extremely helpful. He also conveyed empathy for my financial situation. He even recommended that I wait ten days to get an x-ray. Aware of the price (I thought), I opted to get an x-ray.

When I checked out after my appointment, I was very satisfied with my service. However, my bill was substantially higher than I expected. I wasn't aware of this until I left. I called back and spent some time talking to a very nice person at the business office, who was able to lower the fee by a fraction. I may take the time to contact her manager, who was unavailable during our phone conversation.

I would recommend Bee Caves. I would also suggest to anyone who went there, especially if uninsured, to be cautious about the fees assessed. They could be more clearly explained.

Great location, nice staff. I've been to this clinic a few times since I go to Westlake Dermatology next door.

My needs have always been met, and don't have any complaints.....They helped me out tremendously during the flu season this year!
