I agree with most reviews about Hoke and his team. Their dedication and patience with kids really shows. Until your child is no longer interested in training! BEWARE of the contract you sign! You will end up with very large sum of money to pay if you decide to leave. And BTW, if they offer you a voucher for the amount, you probably won't be able to use it just as I couldn't. Very disappointed with the "exit treatment!"

Top Notch Instruction, Top Notch Curriculum. We enrolled our children in a kids karate program at Tang Soo Do Academy (now Nunan's Achievement Center) back in Summer 2005, and my wife and I both began training there a couple of months later as well. After 6 years, we continue training together as a family of black belts.

The warm, friendly, and encouraging atmosphere that Master Nunan has created is simply unparalleled, and the martial arts training is superb as well. Add to this the wonderful students and families that make up the TSDA/NAC community, great after school programs, vacation and summer camps, and monthly "kid's nights out" (i.e. date nights for parents!), and you'll be hard pressed to find *any* place that measures up to TSDA/NAC.

Master Nunan also offers instruction in Judo and Kali, and his wife offers Pilates as well. Great stuff.

World class instructor, many different class times available, wonderful for kids AND adults!. TSD Academy has done more for my daughter in the past year than any of her previous martial arts training. The instructors are serious about the arts, but still keep it fun for the kids. Sa Bom Nim Hoke Nunan has a real gift for teaching and he's especially great with kids. If you're looking for a great community of people to train with, this is the place to come. I highly recommend coming in for one of their introductory classes or to stop in and see for yourself.
