Best tanning in town- great customer service. Okay....so if you are looking for a place to tan, this is it! Great staff, CLEAN beds, and great prices. I have never been to a tanning salon that seemed to be so well run. These people know what they are doing. Now i have a great tan and a place close to where i live to pop in and out in no time. I would recommend it to anyone.

Dirty Beds with Bad Customer Service. I cannot even begin to elaborate how completely disgusted I am with the complete and total lack of customer service and cleanliness that is Darque Tan.

I went back into my room and undressed. After putting on my lotion and eyewear, I pressed the button on the wall to begin my session. I closed my eyes and began to relax. I opened my eyes a couple of minutes later to adjust the airflow from the vents. That's when I saw it: a mixture of lotion, sweat, and grease all over the canopy. I immediately got out of the bed and redressed. I walked back up to the front of the salon to voice my complaint. A new girl had come in to start her shift while I had been in my room. Our conversation is as follows:

Me: "I can't tan in that bed... It has lotion and grease all over it."

The girl stared at me and said nothing, as if I was wasting her time.

I continued, "I don't want to sound rude or anything like that, but this is the third time in two months that I have been put into a dirty bed. The last time you didn't even refund my session and this time you don't even seem to care."

After staring at me a bit longer she replied, "Look, the beds aren't dirty. They have all been cleaned."

I replied, "The beds obviously were not cleaned well enough if I'm able to see stuff all over them."

She snapped back these exact words: "It's not my responsibilty to make sure that you have a clean bed. I'm not the bed cleaner."

Was this girl being serious? Did she actually just say that to a customer?

She had obviously decided that she was not going to do anything to help the situation. I asked her to personally call the district manager for me so I could explain the situation to her in front of the girl behind the counter. Again, she stared at me then shot back, "What? You need a phone or something..?"

After she said that, I just walked out.
