Poor Service, Poor Management. Poor Service, one of the cashier took an order and money and went on break, I waited 20 minutes on a weekday morning to get a cup of coffee. When I asked to speak with a manager, she was not much customer service focused either, poor management and she used an excuse, that it was a communication error. How did she became a manager?
