What People Are Saying About Starbucks Coffee

In Short – For many, getting their daily jolt of java has become a daily morning ritual, and the cardboard cup with its infamous green label is the close companion of every coffee aficionado. Busy baristas work seamlessly behind the bar, juggling orders for their strongly-brewed drips and signature hot and cool beverages. While providing a wide selection of coffee specialties, pastries and various coffee related goods, patrons are invited to settle down in comfy armchairs and enjoy their favorite brews amid the chatter of the laidback yet caffeinated crowd.

Editor's Tips

The Extras:
Purchase a Starbucks customer card and use it to receive fun rewards, like a free tall beverage when you buy a pound of coffee beans.
Fun Fact:
The Starbucks logo, a two-tailed mermaid, was based on a 16th century Norse woodcut, and supposed to be as seductive as coffee itself.

Poor Service, Poor Management

by DonAustinTX at Citysearch

Poor Service, one of the cashier took an order and money and went on break, I waited 20 minutes on a weekday morning to get a cup of coffee. When I asked to speak with a manager, she was not much customer service focused either, poor management and she used an excuse, that it was a communication error. How did she became a manager? Are the Starbucks standards this low now a days? Do they train their employees anymore? April, 2011

Very nice

by hungryfoodgirl at Citysearch

I like studying at this Starbucks because it's really spread out. It isn't cramped like the other Bucks. They got a nice selection of music going, and there was a constant stream of people. The cookie I got was old and cold, however.

  • Pros: ambience, big, music
  • Cons: kinda busy
