Just ordered Canoli from this place... it was pretty bad. The breadsticks were soggy. The very next day, we recieved a phone call from a delivery guy delivering us the exact same order... THAT WE DIDN'T ORDER. Now waiting to see if this crap shows up on our card a second time. :/ And judging from the comments below, we probably won't get a refund. So reporting the company for fraud it will be.

HORRIBLE!. I'm big on customer service and they completely fail... I'm a sous chef at a local hotel and it was drilled in our heads the customer is always right. I spoke with the manager twice about sending the wrong order and over charging for items i did not request. First time i was hung up on.. then i called back and had to argue my funds my returned to my account. This place has no business being in business if this if how problems are resolved?!

I honestly feel bad for anyone who works with a man who treats people like this!

The food is good but they will always put you on hold and charge for Parmesan cheese when not even asked for!

Reliable Delivery, Large Menu. I order from this place a lot when I don't feel like going out. The food is mediocre. It isn't "bad" at all, it just isn't special. The one complaint I have is that they put way too much melted mozzerela over every single pasta dish. They have pretty much any american/italian dish you could ever want when your feeling lazy and want take out, which is great. I will continue to order out from here. They're on time, and edible.

Gross. The only time I have ever ordered here I had the alfredo pasta with crab. It had giant chunks of imitation crab meat in it, which was completely disgusting. I think they should tell people that it isn't going to be real crab meat. I called the resteraunt, the person I spoke to told me that everyone serves imitation crab and calls it crab on the menu, and refused to give me a refund or let me talk to a manager. I haven't ever had this problem at other resteraunts.

Best delivery in Austin!. I ordered home delivery and was very pleased. I ordered the lasagna and the Italian salad. The food is excellent and the portions are more than generous I couldn't finish either of them and I'm a big eater. The lasagna had a lot of meat and cottage cheese which is just the way i like it. The salad filled the whole to go box and was very fresh and I'm very picky about my salad and the vinegerette dressing was really good. I cant think of one thing to complain about and for me that is very unusuall (just ask my wife). The food exceeded my expectations. The delivery was on time and the delivery person actually had a personality. The food is great, no excellent and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great and affordable Italian food. I'll have to try the pizza next. This is the 1st time I've ever taken the time to write a review so that should tell you something. I'm thinking if the delivery is this good just how much better it would be at the restaurant.
