Value for money. I got several items, I even got them tested, silver was as claimed, and stones real, took 2 days more than the claim but worth it

Response to our reviewers. Yes we were stocking some items in India. 90% of our jewelry IS made in India but now stocked here. There were a few occasions when a few pieces would get stolen by Indian shipping agents or perhaps customs here, not sure where this was happening and it did break down our process. We were also replying to emails from an India partner, and lot of our replies to emails went into customers spam folders, hence we switched from our domain email to a gmail account as gmail domain emails do not go into customers spam folder.. The India partnership has ended and all inventory (5000 designs) is now in Austin, TX and we can ship same day to next day. Everything is now automated in terms of tracking and we now have a 24 hr phone line. We have more staff in Austin to handle orders and issues now as well. We have also added USA made jewelry and have a local silver smith that fixes your jewelry and sizes rings for only $8! We have many happy customers with whom we have a one to one relationship for years, and we customize mostly for them. Making their special rings, their custom wedding bridesmaids jewelry etc.

Very bad experience. Was excited to order jewelry from this site, as they displayed many beautiful pieces! The Austin BBB rated them an A+, and trusting that, I placed my first order. What a mistake. The first thing that got our attention was the website error we got when we placed the order...it was quite interesting and read something like "website error. your transaction was approved and your card has been charged...contact website owner for details." No cart ID number, no order confirm, not a word on what we were charged for shipping. We quickly alerted Semiprecious via Email and text message (another thing we thought strange)...only to get a text in return at 12:40 am! We also got a vague email stating that our order had been received and was being processed .

4 weeks later....no ring. no emails...so we track our order on the site only to find a message that we should have been emailed a tracking number days before. So again, we go thru the process of emailing and texting the site owner....again, only to get a vague email in return, but thankfully this time there was actually a tracking number.

It's funny...this site claims to be in Austin, TX....but if you read the find print, their SHIPPING department is in Austin, and when we researched the phone number, it is linked to not a jeweler, but an internet shipping company that handles everything from foodservice to jewelry. That fine print also states that the jewelry comes from a "jeweler" (location not specified) and is THEN shipped to Austin, and lastly to the customer.

Bottom line, it's been almost 2 months and we have no jewelry yet. As far as the shipping info says, the ring has been shipped from this "anonymous jeweler" to the Austin locale, and is supposedly en route to us. We'll see. I would NOT reccomend this site. The only action we get is when we become squeaky wheels and flood them with emails...makes me wonder what would have happened if we'd have just waited? In my opinion, this website uses keen wordplay and a big Better Business Bureau symbol to lure customers into thinking they're buying from a respected, highly rated, LOCAL business...and that the products are made and shipped in the USA....I honestly think that this "anonymous jeweler" is overseas...and the products are shipped to Austin so they bear an American postmark. It is a horrible way to fool consumers. The site owner also needs major lessons in business etiquette...like how it's not good business to text message customers in the middle of the night.

Not once have they even attempted to apologize...and here's the kicker...even though the order has been shipped, we were never told what the shipping charges were...we had to figure it out from a bank statement. I can't stress enough how vague the correspondence has been from their end, and how customers are tricked into thinking they are buying from a local, reputable business...when in fact, we are not. Last words...CONSUMERS BUY WITH CAUTION.

Received my jewelry. I thought that this may not be a legitimate website but it is. I received my jewelry, it just takes a few weeks.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a necklace from this company from their website 22 days ago. I have not received my item, yet. The website states that they ship from Austin, TX, but I suspect they ship from India, if they ship anything at all.
