Good stuff..... I have eaten here for more than 10 years. The previous reviewer was right about 1 thing--the atmosphere is different than under the previous ownership, but not really worse. Most of the waitstaff has been there for many years and I have never had bad service. And I mean never. The prices are reasonable, and everything I have ever had there has been excellent, but the best thing on the menu is the stuffed avocado--the Thursday special. I have taken many friends here for lunch and dinner and they are never disappointed. I highly recommend it!

Inoffensive, but bland. The food here is OK, but not terribly spicy compared to the other Tex-Mex places in town. The rice was great, but the salsa was mild and the beef in my enchiladas didn't seem very well-seasoned at all. If you have a visiting relative with a delicate stomach who wants to feel like they're going native, then I suppose this would be a perfect place to take them.

GREAT FOOD, PRICE AND SERVICE. Found Las Colinas by accident last Thursday night and what a find that was worth the wait for a table. The service was friendly and efficient and the special of "Stuffed Avacado" with a blend of chicken and Tamatillo sauce had flavors I did not know existed. What a find! I will go back and have already told friends about this great, quaint find of Las Colinas.
