So I needed a dress altered and I only had 24 hours to get it done. I took it to Lee's downtown (easy parking due to the customer service zone) and had it done in no time. They weren't bothered by the time constraint and even fixed some other problems with the fit! I will go back, and I recommend you use them!!

I just finished writing the best and longest review ever, but AustinCitySearch had an error and lost my review forever!!! :-( Well, I rarely write reviews because I only post them for businesses that provide the best and most impressive of services. Expert Lee's Custom Tailors very much deserve my praise and would--without a doubt--recommend them to everyone! I have expensive clothes, and I have trust issues with tailors because I've had disappointing experiences in the past. However, Expert Lee not only met my high standards, but also went way beyond my expectations. Their work was so great, my jaw literally dropped! I had a uniform that was too big and became irregularly shaped after washing... so I told Expert Lee what I wanted, and I gave them a very short notice (1.5 days) to do the job. I was expecting that they would charge extra for the short notice because other businesses usually take at least one week, but to my pleasant surprise they just said "okay" with a smile. When I picked up my uniform this morning, it looked brand new, the stitching was strong and beautiful, and it fit me beautifully!!! I swear they could read minds! I was definitely pleased and impressed! Furthermore, they charged me $33 (which is standard, and cheap for short notice), and when I gave them $40 cash expecting $7 in change... they instead gave me $10 back! I was so happy, I gave them $5 back as tip! In conclusion, I am very happy with their friendly staff and excellent service!! They are the best tailors I've ever had, and I have already recommended them to all of my friends. I definitely plan to return with all of my suits, pants, jeans, etc, that have been needing work but too afraid to get tailored, until now. Thanks, Expert Lee! I love y'all!!!
