Slow, horrible customer service.
I would not give this location a single star and would not recommend this to anyone. I went in on a Saturday and asked about their hair color services and specifically told her that with a small child, I would rather do a walk-in. The girl that was there at the time advised me to go in on Tuesday since that was their 'slow' day.
I take her advice and go in 2.5 hours before closing on Tuesday...there are 2 people in front of me and 2 girls working. One of the parents waiting had to back out after it took 15 minutes to wash her daughter's hair.
Finally, after 40 minutes, one of the workers glances at the log and tells me that there was not enough time to color my hair and was told they needed at least 2 hrs. before closing. This after waiting for 40 MINUTES! I walked in 2.5 hrs. before closing just to get that response. I am soooo not recommending this place to anyone.
