Karen R. (because there are 2 Karens in the office) is a radiant beam of sunshine, peace, and positive glowing energy!

She has had at least ten years experience on both sides of the skin treatment and procedures spectrum.

She truly puts the CARE sound in the name most fitted for her of Karen!

I could never say enough good about her! There are just not enough adjectives available to describe her!

She gave me a flawless microdermabrasion yesterday.

I had several unexpected compliments all day long today. I am a freelance makeup artist in my spare time, so this truly hit home and meant a lot!

Her knowledge, understanding, intelligence, and innovation set her far apart from a regular aesthetician.

She listens, stays current on all skin care technologies and products, and has worked with some of the best people in the business. She literally strives for the best every time, which only benefits her loyal customers to their maximum goal potential.

Thursday they will be having an event for the rejuvenate facial peel. Be on the lookout for these things because you will reap tremendous rewards and values when you attend and get a package for whatever your skin needs are. Call and ask them for specials, because they always seem to have many wonderful events planned that you can easily be a part of, too! The benefits are well worth it.

It's never too late to get yourself to better skin if you are having any concerns. I am in my early 30's and needed the microderm to even my skin tone issues. The result was even better than I could have ever envisioned and my skin is now glowing like it did when I left my 20's!

They are located in Building G next to the Gibson Guitars store....there are a few parking spots right up front for more compact cars but there is also ample parking slightly across the street so there are unlimited options.

Betty's the BEST!

I have been a customer of Urban Laser Spa for about 1.5-2 years During that time I have had laser hair removal, microdermabraion and IPL. Betty is awesome to work with, caring and patient. She took the time to prep my skin and then was always available if I had questions after a procedure. She also introduced me to the Clarsonic system---this really changed my complexion!!! I can't say enough about them, love Urban!

Wow! Don't understand all the negative reviews. After one bad IPL experience (no numbing!!) at a very upscale 6th street 'spa', I took a chance on Urban Dentistry and am really glad I did. Betty is not only exceptionally nice, smart, and funny, but she really knows her work. Her assistant did a super job applying numbing cream and making me wait until it really took effect. Betty's meticulous and carefully covered every area to be treated, stopping to make sure I was comfortable. I was so pleased that I booked another appointment . The final results were a dramatic improvement in skin tone, texture, and color eveness, so now I will go on to have décolleté and hands done . Betty explains everything so carefully, explaining why she recommends certain products over others (and it's not because of cost, but because of results that she sees). Now I'm more than comfortable having her do Dysport and a few other enhancements. All my friends keep telling me how terrific I look - fresh looking, not 'done'. Betty's goal is to make you look great, not fake - a remarkable difference from others in town whose clients look puffy. The office is calm and lovely as well and the office admin couldn't be lovelier or more helpful. They graciously honored my groupon and a living social coupon, the rates for additional services were reasonable. Also, I am kept informed on upcoming deals so I can plan out treatments and stay within my budget.

Run, don't walk to Betty if you want to look your best!!!

bought the localiter deal for 3 treatments for $129. Made 1st appointment. Had to cancel because I got sick. Lost $129. They said since I cancelled I lost the deal and my money too. I said I could understand if I'd lost the one appointment I cancelled, but the other two also? They said yes, it's in the policy on the voucher. It's not. It's not on their website. I guess I should have gone and vomited continuously on the girl. If I knew how to vomit on cue, I'd find that nasty receptionist. Gotcha!!!

AVOID like the Plague

I have NEVER, in my long & well traveled life, been treated with such DISRESPECT. The office manager, who also seems to answer the phone regularly, is RUDE & condescending. NO customer service skills whatsoever. NONE. Refused to even let me speak. Kept talking over me, not answering any of my questions or addressing any concerns. I cancelled my appointments and took the money loss. (My husband had already paid for services). She was actually yelling at me on the phone so I hung up on her. I tried to communicate in email and she was , yet again, incapable of communicating. Did not address ANY of my concerns and was RUDE & HORRIBLE.

I am generally an easy going person and NOT high maintenance, so I didn't instigate the prickly psycho behavior from her. I noticed a lot of similar complaints about her on YELP.

I will never know how the back office/treatments are. I couldn't even make it past the front desk without feeling completely UNWELCOME & insulted.

I'm taking my business to AZIZ where they actually make you feel cared for and welcome & will answer ALL your questions and concerns. What a concept for a spa!

I gave 1 star because there isn't a choice for 0 or negative stars. I hope the karma police are on this one. She needs a lesson in basic human kindness and communication.
