We have use Roger for Years!! When our AC at our business was leaking we called Roger again and he was out the same day. When I have customers call about AC repair I always recommend Roger. I have even had him replace my home unit :)

Quick, Honest, Reliable. My A/C shut down in the heat of July due to a pressure issue with my coolant. A novice HVAC repairman didn't recognize my system had a unique pressure level but when I called Roger he was honest with me that it was a cheap fix, I was prepared to shell out hundreds and be out of A/C for days but Roger camw straight to my house from being out of town and fixed it in minutes. Two thumbs up, I'll never trust my home a/c to anyone else.

Roger helped out a ton after I purchased my first home. The seller flips home and tries to do it as cheap as possible even if it means cheating the future buyer and that future buyer was me . I bought a two story home in the fall and the previous owner installed a central air unit made for a 1 bed room apartment so once winter and summer rolled around we froze and sweat every night. In one day Roger was able to come assess my home needs, build a custom closet for a bigger A/C unit, install the unit and even re-run old duct that was cheaply done as well . On top of that, the price for practically replacing everything indoors couldn't be beat. Now we have cool summers and cozy winters! THANKS ROGER!

In 100 degree weather, my air conditioner went out! Roger was there that day and the following day a new air conditioner replaced my 15 year old unit. Three days later, he came by to see how it was doing and changed the filter out following the vents being cleaned. I can't say enough about the professional work he and his crew did. Hope I don't need him soon but if I have a problem-he is the man I will call.

Roger Brown came to my house and had the best quote for my new furnace. It was done in just a couple of hours, my A/C blows cold and heater works great! I would definetly recommend him for any A/C and /or Heating repairs. Thank you Roger Brown

Don't believe he will get you rebates!

To get a rebate, he has to pull a permit and actually do work to code. In my case, he didn't do either one, and the TDLR, Texas' Licensing Agency responsible for HVAC contractors, made him take out his equipment so I could get it done right by someone else.

Here is my story: Worst installation of all time. He took 3 days to install my system, and still didn't complete it. He even returned twice and left crews to do the work, which they didn't complete since he wasn't there to supervise.

He billed my credit card as if the job were complete and never bothered to finish the work, even though I waited several weeks while he had moved on to service new clients. What he left me with is a duct system that will have to be completely redone, and work that is not to code. I've filed a report with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, as well as the Better Business Bureau.

If you choose to do business with him based on price, beware. You may not even get what you pay for.
