Best Dentist(s) and Staff I have ever been too!!!! :). Dr. Rob Roup and Dr. Kim Roup are hands down without a doubt the very best Dentist I have ever been to. From the moment you walk through the doors at their facility you will be treated with the absolute most friendly service and staff. There is a genuine concern displayed by every single employee at this Dental office!!! Drs. Kim and Rob, are second to none as far as I am concerned, they make you feel comfortable from the moment you get in the "chair" until you exit their facility. The work they have done on my teeth/mouth over the last 5 years has given me the confidence and self esteem that I needed to be "me" again. I am not proud to admit it, but I have been to many Dentist over the years in many cities across the US and have never felt such comfort and concern displayed by any Dentist or it's staff as I have fill each time I sit in the "chair" with Drs. Rob and Kim Roup!!! I am certain should you need any Dental work (fillings, crowns, implants, ect...) done in all of Austin or Round Rock you will be glad you made the trip to Roup Dental!!!! They uphold a quality to which all other Dentist should aspire to achieve!!!!!! Oh, yea there location is great, just right across the street from Dell in Round Rock, very convienent!!!

The Motto at This Dental Office is My Assistants Are Always Right No Matter What..... I found this dentist office to be poorly run by the owner Dr. Kimberly Roup. She allowed her assistant Cassondra to exhibit a very poor attitude which included rudeness and an uncaring attitude. The assistant Cassondra even went so far as to insinuate that I should not be worried about added fees because as she put it? ?Don?t you have insurance?? I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for great customer service and an owner operator that will reprimand their employee?s sub-standard behavior. Below is a copy of the note I sent to the Roup Dental Office via their website.

I described the very unprofessional experience that I had in your Round Rock office this morning to my husband. He was in utter disbelieve that you as a co-owner of a business that "should" strive for stellar customer service, would condone the poor attitude of your dental assistant Cassondra and allow her to continue to provide sub-standard service after the initial complaint. We are in agreement that a posting of my experience in your office this morning should be placed in every dental referral website that we can find and on the Dell Health Blog. It is very obvious to me that the customer does not come first in your office and you are not willing to discipline your staff when complaints are made.
