RE: Ruined our wedding weekend. @IncrediB74: Wow Hilton ruined your wedding weekend by charging you for optional services that you willingly accepted? I'm certain there is a Motel6 in the area. They provide free internet and don't charge for valet parking (because there is no valet). You even get to carry your own bags to your room! I don't think they charge for incidentals either, because economy hotels generally don't offer any services you would need an incidental folder for. I work for Marriott but no matter the brand, you always have the guests that ask for a Cadillac service on a Kia budget. Good luck, sir.

Ruined our wedding weekend. My wife and I stayed here the weekend after our wedding, and while the lobby and amenities are quite good at this location, the service left MUCH to be desired. When we arrived, me in my tux and her in her wedding gown, the valet wrote on our ticket that he would comp the $25 charge. However, when we checked out, the $25 charge was there and I'm STILL trying to get HIlton to refund my money. Not to mention they have yet to refund the $50 incidentals deposit. Also, it's 2010 guys, why the heck do you not have free internet? Paying $15 per day for internet in my room is absurd, and borderline price gouging! Before that weekend, I'd been a regular customer of Hilton and never had to pay for internet. Seems like they're just trying to nickel and dime us now. And to a young couple that just finished paying for their own wedding, every cent counts. So thank you, Hilton. My wife and I will be looking elsewhere for hotels from now on.
