Cancelled all my subscriptions with no warning - doesn't seem to care about customers.
I had been a loyal First Federal Comics customer for 9 years (since I moved to Austin in 98). When they closed they moved my subscription to Thor's (they were owned by the same people). I generally pick up my comics every 2-3 weeks. This time when I went in, I found they had arbitrarily cancelled my subscription and put all my comics back on the shelf. They did this to a number of customers without warning. This is really irresponsible customer service, especially to a loyal customer of 9 years who spends an average of $50-70 per month on comics. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
