Amazing flowers, friendly service. Verbena has to be the best florist in Austin. I've had them arrange flowers for my business reception area each week for the past two years. The arrangements are always beautiful, and our customers and employees always ask who they're from. Each week they come through with something so fresh and unique... love their style. So "expensive" looking, but at very reasonable prices.

At first we tried a few other florists and got lots of cheap filler and few real flowers. When we called Verbena it was like night and day! Trust me, I've done all the research for you... just call Verbena. Great looking flowers don't come via FedEx in a cardboard box, or from places that sell cheap teddy bears and balloons. Take my word for it! Verbena has the real stuff that attracts attention. My customers love it and that makes me a happy business owner.

Verbena's staff is easy to work with and quick to respond when I have questions or need to send something to a client. They've done events and parties for us as well. They're localy owned and that's important to me. It should be important to you too. Support your local businesses!

I wouldn't use anybody else.. I went to Verbena for my wedding last April and was beyond happy and satisfied. Devon did a fantastic job, she listened to what I wanted and worked with my budget. I loved that they do very high end work but are not snobby or rude about it, very friendly. I wouldn't use anybody else.

Phenominal Customer Service.... LuAnn & her team at Verbena did a FABULOUS job putting all of our arrangements together for our wedding (we had over 25 guest tables - PLUS several other arrangements). They were always so nice & courteous whenever I called them to change something on my list for our wedding. All of our guests thought that everything was so pretty. Some of the guests even fought over who was taking what table arrangement. The arrangements are always so beautiful and look as if they hand picked each flower in there very own garden. They're hip and modern! I wouldn't use any other florist in town except Verbena. THANK YOU Verbena for making our wedding very memorable!

Best Floral Shop In Town - Great Customer Service!. When it comes to flowers, Verbena is the only place to go! Every arrangement I have ever ordered through them has been absolutely beautiful! They use flower varieties that you don't see in your average arrangements and beautiful vibrant colors, and textures to make every arrangement unique. I am in the middle of planning my wedding and they were the only florist I would even consider! LuAnn and her team at Verbena have been great to work with throughout the planning process. They have a wonderful vision, are very knowledgeable and I know they will do a wonderful job for my wedding day! I can't wait to see the final result!

Beautiful Flowers, BEST EVER!. LuAnn and her team are a DREAM to work with. Anything you need they are there to accommodate. Everything they have ever done for me or for an event has been exceptional. Beautiful colors, beautiful arrangements and the best customer service around. I will never use another florist!

Expensive, low quality, & bad customer service. I called Verbena a few days before my pickup date to find out my options due to my bridal portraits being rained out and order a bouquet for the reschedule session. I was informed that my order could not be canceled and they refused to do anything for less than the original price of the bouquet. So, I ended up with a $128 arrangement that consisted of 6 boutonniere sized mango calla lilies and filler. I completely understand paying for the flowers b/c they had to special order them, but I really don’t understand having to pay for the service of them making an arrangement when I informed them in plenty of time that it was no longer needed. We ordered my next bouquet from my wedding florist in East Texas. I love my pictures and the gorgeous calla lilies from the East Texas florist were a much more appropriate size (they cost $50 less & there were more of them). I know that my pictures would not have been as good if I would have used the tiny, dark flowers from Verbena instead of the big, bright ones I got from the other florist. Verbena is not willing to work with you when your needs change and they overcharge you for a low quality product. I knew from other reviews that they would be expensive—but what you get for your money is far from worth it.

Beautiful Floral Design!. Verbena did the flowers for my wedding in September '09, and I could not have asked for anyone better! When the rain completely changed our ceremony plans, LuAnn and the team at Verbena happily offered solutions, went back to their store to get more flowers and made our ceremony absolutely gorgeous. Through every step, LuAnn was professional, friendly, and more than helpful in helping me stay within my budget but get the "look" I wanted. They are absolute perfection!

The best florist in Austin. I was recently married and used Verbena for my wedding flowers. They went above and beyond to make the planning process as easy as possible for me. We had a few meetings and I worked with the same designer each time. They always called or emailed to check up and make sure everything was on track. On my wedding day, the flowers were PERFECT!!! Words cannot express how impressed and stunned I was with their beauty. They were professional, on time, and really cared about how not only the flowers turned out, but the entire day as well. They worked to help other vendors complete tasks that otherwise wouldn't have been completed in time for the reception without anyone even asking. My wedding planner says they are the best in the business and I am so happy that I decided to use them. They may be a small operation, but they have amazing knowledge and great employees.

Creative and helpful people, quality flowers. I really enjoyed the experience of working with the girls at Verbena to plan my best friend's birthday party. The flowers were exactly as we had discussed and they lasted all week even after being out in the heat during the party. I did get other quotes from different florists and Verbena had a very fair price. They included delivery and even let us return the containers after the flowers died instead of having to purchase them. Two thumbs up for the quality and customer service from this sweet local shop!

Amazing Flowers for Mother's Day. I am looking at the most amazing flower arrangement I have ever recieved in my life. I got it last Saturday from my husband for Mother's Day. They are still fresh and lovely. The colors are vibrant and the container is beautiful. I really love the style. My husband said they made it really easy for him to place the order too. I will use them for all my flowers from now on!
