ADDICTING!!!!!!!!!. OMG- try the SUMMERMOON... or the WINTERMOON... you'll be hooked!!!!!!!!!!!! I have loved this place for YEARS... wish they would replace Starbuck's...

South First never looked as good as it does from the big bay windows inside this quaint coffee house. Fire roasted beans make for a smoky flavored caffeine rush and interior accents make you feel at h. From the outside you see a strip center but the interior feels like an upscale west Austin home. The ceiling is dark brown and salmon with mint green accents and limestone and adobe are combined to create a warm feel that keeps the mood mellow and upscale. Relaxing electronic music mixed with smooth rock oozes from the speaker system. Summermoon brings Austin fire-roasted coffee which gives it a flavor and twist unlike any other. Coffee drinks are fairly standard but priced well. Empanadas make up the bulk of the lunch food choices with unique combos like the samosa with russet potatoes, carrot, onion, peas, fresh ginger root and mixed Indian spices. Relax inside or out on the deck but either way the fire roasted coffee hits where it counts.
