I needed a few questions answered when I called in and I needed to talk to multiple people, everyone I was connected with had a snippy attitude. I really hope it was a one time thing but I will never go there if i ever needed urgent care.

How did this place get a rating of 3 1/2 stars when no one has given them more than 2 stars? Waited two hours to have my finger bandaged! There are numerous unexplained charges on my bill.
