best computer store in austin. i been going to this store from last couple years for repair my laptop and buy computers parts.they are very professional and do very quick service.when ever i took my computer there for repair, they fix it either sam day or next day only one time it took 5 days coz they did not have the part in stock and they have to order it.they have all kind of computers parts and cell phones too.i love this store and recomend to every one.buy local and help local

Avoid this place at all cost. This store should be avoided at all cost! I brought my iphone that had suffer from water damage and asked for a simple diagnostic. The manager told me it was going to be 3 or 4 dollars but 2 days later he asked for 25 dollars and he even stole some components of my iphone!!

I wouldn't recommand this store to anyone: very bad customer service!

the worst computer wholesale. The place is like a public toliet, and the manager is a joke. My friend Young bought a used 23' TV for $350! The price even can buy a new one!

My friend JJ, go there to buy an used iphone, it broken 2 days later, the manager said that it is none of his business!

How dreamlike the place it is!

If you want to buy some devices, pls never never go there. The only advantage for here is around the campus, nothing else.

place is a joke. guy had no idea what he was doing. I had dropped my phone and the screen had gone out, so I took my phone in to see if they could fix it. Got it back - the guy said they couldn't fix it, and when I got home and looked at it, there were dents and gouges all over it like the only way he could get it open to look at it was to just rip it apart. He looked like he had just taken a hammer and chisel to the battery area - my phone is a slider, the battery are is an entirely different part of the phone than the screen!!! what a joke
