Pathetic C/S. I only gave it one star, wish I could give none. When I bought my washer and drier at Conn's, I faxed them copies of my renters policy so that they would not add insurance. Well I guess it's my bad for not following up. So now one year later, I was ready to pay it off and found out they had insurance on my account all this time. It has been a NIGHTMARE of epic proportions trying to resolve this. If I owed them money, they'd be all over it. They owe me money so guess what I have talked to 5 different people in customer service, including so called supervisors. If I ran my business the way they run theirs I'd have no customers. Thanks for NOTHING, Conn's!
Conn's is a CONN JOB. There were several mistakes made by Conn's with my purchase of a new fridge. Mistakes happen, but when Conn's makes them, they do not fix them. I have gotten the 'run around' for a month trying to fix their mistakes - no one takes ownership, their payment systems have conflicting information, they are rude, hang up on you and do not come through on their promises. This has been the single most horrible service I have ever received - please do not be completely screwed by Conn's - they are truly a CONN JOB!
The worst customer service I've seen ......
I purchased a refrigerator from Conn's over 10 months ago that did not operate properly from day 1. After 10 months, countless calls to the service dept. and managers (each call involved being on hold for an average of 30-35 minutes), 7 visits by a Conn's repairman, 2 door replacements, numberous visits to the store, I still have a refrigerator that does not function properly. The service dept. is completely unhelpful and unresponsive, there is no direct way to get a hold of a supervisor or regional manager and you will find yourself frustrated and angry with how poorly this company is managed. This is THE WORST CUSTOMEr SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN!!!! IF I do get the option to exchange my refrigerator, I've been told that I'll have to pay for the delivery & taxes all over again. UNBELIEVABLE - I've already wasted hours upons hours of my time trying to get this resolved, had to take off work to be there for the repairment to come out 7 times (each time saying they couldn't replace the fridge) now even if they do end up replacing the item, I'm expected to pay again for delivery & taxes?????
Store personnel customer service is also awful. One visit to the store involved me entering a basically empty store with 4 employees standing up front doing nothing but taking up space, the stereo was blasting Nine Inch Nails to the level where you had to shout to have a conversation. The manager & the store employees where completely unhelpful and ignorant as has been my experience over the phone as well.
Avoid at all costs. Bought several appliances from them, one was broken upon receipt. Store manager would not return 12 calls and corporate customer service wait time is an average of 35 minutes per call with no apologies or help. I couldn't even return the broken item without a 15% restocking fee. Where is their "award-winning" service? Conn's has absolutely the poorest customer service I've ever encountered!
