south lamar location yes i will make sure this gets to corporate. i was embarrassed and humiliated by a so called manager.. not only did he escalde the situation by approaching my table full of friends and kids telling me why i had made his waitress cry????????? the only issue was that i wanted a combo of ten wings five boneless and five with bone???for some reason that was hard for her to do...and got another manager invovled??? or supervisor...the issue was taken care of the first time and i was well satisfied till john bizeski approached in a very unperfessional rude manner telling me why i had made her cry????????? he refused to give me his managers name...and i told him i wanted my check and leave for the horrible customer service i was given...he took his time doing so... and insisted to emberras my table...four adults and three teenagers~!!!!!!!!!!!! uncomfortable.... be littled i and my table.......ps im pursuing this matter further

Great food, cool atmosphere. Love the food here. Lemon pepper chicken wings, sweet potato fries, and BBQ beans. I'd eat it every day if I could afford it. Not sure if they need a huge TV every other 10 feet, but I guess that's cool if you like to watch sports games.

Cold wings?. Ok I cant blame it all on this location, some of it had to do with the downtown one. First time I ordered takeout and when I got my food home the waffle fries were sauggy. I was unimprest. I took this as an isolated incident. I went to the Pluckers of Research. I must of waited at my table with my group for 10mins before we got served. When we did we ordered some beers. We got water, yes this is good, but waited another 10mins to get beer. Even when we got our beer the orders were mest up and we were 2 beers short. Finally we ordered appetisers and wings. The appetisers were so so. When we got our wings I was ok. Did think anything of it until I bit into the wing. It was cold like it had been sitting out. Come on now, if the orders not ready put it under a heat lamp. If I wanted this expericence I would of taken the wings home put it in the refrigerator, pop it out and eat them cold. And what we paid for the wings was not worth it. To make this short, I went back one more time. Still unimprest. No room for bad comments. Good luck if you go there. I hope your EXPERIENCE is better than mine.

Awesome wings!!. Their buffalo wings are out of this world! The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I did not try anything else on the menu. However, now I am having second thoughts, this place may deserve 5 stars if only for the wings!! But that wouldn't be fair though.

This tongue-in-cheek chicken shop serves up a mean bird.. In Short
Pluckers' motto is "If you don't like our wings, we'll give you the BIRD." The late-night, dine-in and delivery poultry purveyor also cooks up chicken sandwiches and tenders, hamburgers, baked potatoes, and cheese fries. Buffalo wings undoubtedly have big bird billing, and they come in portions of five to 100 (the mother plucker). They also have 14 sauces to chose from. Expect a delivery time of 30 to 45 minutes.

best food and service i've ever had in austin!!!. pluckers has a very relaxed atmosphere you can watch the game have some wings and drink a beer and just relax. you can also enjoy all the different activities they have, for example... they had a paper rock sisors competition, eating cmopetition, once we went in they even had THE ENTIRE RESTRAUNT naming that tune and tv show and theme song...it was full of laughs and fun and excellent food!!! it is above all our favorite restraunt in austin!!!

By far the best wings in town. I am from Buffalo, the home of chicken wings and Pluckers wings are even better than the Anchor Bar where they were created. My favorite are the traditional Buffalo sauces, but Spicy Ranch and Lemon Pepper are also great. For game watching, there is nowhere better. This location has like 20 plasmas where you can see everything and if you are a Texas fan, they play the fight songs throughout all the games. On top of it, they have cheap beer and liquor. How can you go wrong?

Best Sports Bar in Town. This is THE place to watch the game! It doesn't matter what team you're rooting for, they're sure to put a TV on your game. Great customer service! And the food is fantastic! Anyone who thought to take macaroni and cheese, batter it and fry it deserves a medal! Not to mention their drink specials! They have great drink specials every single day, plus Happy Hour Monday through Friday. Looking for a place to watch the Longhorns? The entire place is packed wall to wall with cheering Longhorn fans, while they're playing Texas Fight over the loudspeaker! I'm telling you, if you're looking for a sports bar with great food, cheap drinks, and a fun atmosphere, Pluckers is the place!

Bad Customer Service. Food is okay, not great. Bad customer service experience and suggest not going there. Too bad since they deliver something other than pizza and asian food.

Best place to watch the game!. There is no better place to watch a game that at Pluckers Wing Bar! When the Longhorns play, it's standing room only! The fight song is played at every score and The Eyes of Texas is played after the game. Whether you chant Hook 'Em Horns, Go Spurs Go, or Go Astros, this is THE place to watch any big game! I highly recommend it
