Long wait time. The staff is nice and the the adjustments are good but the wait time is horrible. They overbook their appointments. I had to wait for over thirty minutes on a few appointments. Staff is apologetic but the wait times kept happening. I will be going somewhere else with a better scheduling system.

Feeling so much better... thank you!. Prior to my accident I had never been to a chiropractor, and even “dismissed” chiropractic services as just another gimmick. But, I was in so much pain that I thought I would give it a try…and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Brown helped eliminate my neck and back pain, and now, Dr. McClaugherty has helped me manage my migraine headaches. I’ve been seeing Dr. Brown and Dr. McClaugherty for many years and I’m always amazed at how much better I feel after an adjustment.

Best in Austin. While most physicians hustle you in and out of their offices making you feel like a number versus a patient or a “customer,” this staff takes the time to understand your needs and issues.



This morning I called to see if they could fit me in after a 9 hour flight the day before, and the staff found a way to make it happen. When you’re in for a treatment Dr. McClaugherty will take the time to assess your condition on each and every visit, and not just focus on the major or obvious areas of concern. I highly recommend you consider the team at American Chiropractic Clinic.

Best Solution Yet, THANK YOU!. I have had lower back issues ever since an injury in high school and every so often I have flare-ups that severely limit my mobility. I am a very active person so these flare ups impact my lifestyle a great deal. It is a good comfort for me to know that I can call the American Chiropractic Clinic, and they will fit me in that same day and work with me to clear the issues up. I have tried physical therapy in the past, but I have seen a shorter path to pain free, active days when the treatment includes chiropractic care. The concern for my well being is evident in every visit.

Life changing, Thank you Jeff.. My chiropractor controls part of this practice - his name is Jeff Brown, and my experiences relate to him, as I haven't been to the other chiropractors in his practice.

Jeff is a personal friend of mine, so I knew him long before I went to him for chiropractic adjustments. He is a very thorough and friendly chiropractor. I know a lot of people who have been to chiropractors that were mainly concerned with selling their services. Jeff is not that guy. He is very passionate about what he does, and he genuinely wants to help people. I've had great results with him - he helped through some neck pain with a car accident several years ago, and then some minor flare ups of neck and back pain since then. I generally go about onve every 3 months, unless I'm having some pain or an injury, and then he advises on how frequently I need to come in.

Over the last year or so, he has really beefed up his part of the practice. He's added another chiropractor that works with him, so they split the appointments they have. This really helps with keeping them on time and not having patients wait too long. they also have added several massage therapists, and they have a great therapy room in the back where you can hve electrode stimulation, among other things. They also have this great whirlpool device that you lay on. It is like a water bed that shoots jets into your back. Puts me to sleep every time.

I can't say enough good things about him!

Thank You American Chiropractic Clinic!. My first experience at American Chiropractic Clinic ~ the most time was spent on diagnostic analysis and a methodical plan for better health was explained to me with care. This is not just an adjustment. It is the beginning of treatment with massage, chiropractic care, and a relationship with a healing professional. It was good luck for me that I found ACC.

Truly the most skilled chiropractor I have ever met -- instant relief from my back ache. I have been seeing Dr. Brown & his team for over 12 years now!! He came HIGHLY recommended and I soon understood why on my 1st visit. He is an excellent listener, never rushes, lets you know that your pains are of concern to him, easy to talk to, willing to try different approaches to solving an ache. HIS BEST trait is his skill (of course). While other chiropractors sometimes have diffucltly popping something back into place, Dr. Brown can walk and immediately "feel" what needs to be done: instant pain relief. I only hope this gentleman NEVER retires!!
